We are an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. We act as an intermediary to help you search and book travel provided by third-party airlines and suppliers. All airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services.
3. Bookings, Prices & Fees
- Fares and availability are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued.
- Prices may change due to airline pricing, taxes and currency before ticketing.
- Any service fee we charge is disclosed in full before you pay and is separate from airline charges.
- You are responsible for reviewing your itinerary, passenger names and travel details for accuracy before confirming.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate passenger names matching government-issued ID/passport.
- Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas and health requirements for your trip.
- Check airline rules for baggage, check-in times and restrictions.
- Arrive at the airport with sufficient time as advised by the airline.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability
As an intermediary, we are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or services of any airline or third-party supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the service fee you paid to us for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
